Position Title: Customer Support Specialist
Job Description
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer orders, verifying information, and exceeding customer expectations by providing exceptional customer service.

- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls
- Interact with a high volume of customers daily to process orders, answer questions, and help with overall needs
- Maintain knowledge of services and products
Qualifications
- Call center experience preferred
- Experience working with Microsoft Office
- Automotive industry knowledge a plus
- Bilingual highly desired
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others.
- Capacity to maintain composure and politeness under difficult circumstances.
- Aptitude to be available and adjust working hours according to demands.
Shift & Hours:
Monday – Friday
Compensation:
- $16-$18 / hour based on experience
- Monthly performance-based incentives
