The Sales Analyst is a key part of the sales organization, supporting decisions with clear, data-driven insight. You’ll prepare and analyze sales forecasts, evaluate trends, and translate numbers into strategies that help drive growth across customers and product lines.

What You’ll Do

Partner with the sales team to develop data-backed sales plans and performance reports
Analyze sales, profit, and movement reports to spot trends and guide business strategy
Create dashboards and visuals that turn complex data into clear, actionable stories
Validate rebate programs, commission structures, and trade-spend effectiveness
Support new product launches and food show coordination with insights and reporting
Build and maintain customized reports by customer, broker, or region
Collaborate with Finance, Production, and HR to maintain accurate P&L insights
Continuously improve systems, templates, and automation for reporting efficiency

What You Bring

Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years of experience in sales analytics, forecasting, or similar data-driven roles
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas); bonus for experience with Power BI or ERP reporting tools
Detail-oriented mindset, natural curiosity, and comfort translating data into clear recommendations
Collaborative style—you enjoy being the go-to problem solver on a cross-functional team
