Maintenance - New Brunswick, NJ - Full Time

MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Location: New Brunswick NJ

Compensation: 135K to 140K

This is a key leadership role in a high volume manufacturing environment. You will lead a full maintenance department, strengthen the preventive maintenance program, and keep production running with minimal downtime. The ideal candidate brings strong electro mechanical expertise, solid leadership experience, and the ability to manage both day to day issues and long term improvements.

What You Will Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a large maintenance team spanning mechanics, electricians, and techs
  • Oversee preventive maintenance activities and improve machine uptime
  • Use the plant’s CMMS to plan, track, and schedule work
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Coordinate closely with production to align maintenance work with schedules
  • Manage maintenance budgets, parts planning, and equipment resources
  • Drive improvements in safety, quality, and reliability
  • Support capital projects and equipment upgrades
