Showroom & Design Consultant (CSR)

Summary:The Showroom & Design Consultant engages with customers in the showroom and helps them with their product selection and design.

Work Hours:Monday – Friday 8am-5pm, and alternating Saturdays from 9am-1pm.

Compensation: This hourly, non-exempt position pays from $18 to $24 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires usually earn between $45,000 and $60,000 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to do the following:

• Provide flooring and countertop consultation to customers.
• Maintaining and assisting with merchandising displays.
• Point of contact for sample identification and processing and sample restocking.
• Performs shipping and receiving activities for samples, merchandise and displays.
• Performs various CSR duties and administrative duties.
• Responsible for organization of the showroom environment.
• Performs additional duties as required and or requested.

Additionally the candidate must meet the following education and experience requirements:

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent experience
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• 3 years customer service experience
• Customer centric, organized and must have good time management skills.
• Basic math skills.
