The Sales Analyst is a key part of the sales organization, supporting decisions with clear, data-driven insight. You’ll prepare and analyze sales forecasts, evaluate trends, and translate numbers into strategies that help drive growth across customers and product lines.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the sales team to develop data-backed sales plans and performance reports

  • Analyze sales, profit, and movement reports to spot trends and guide business strategy

  • Create dashboards and visuals that turn complex data into clear, actionable stories

  • Validate rebate programs, commission structures, and trade-spend effectiveness

  • Support new product launches and food show coordination with insights and reporting

  • Build and maintain customized reports by customer, broker, or region

  • Collaborate with Finance, Production, and HR to maintain accurate P&L insights

  • Continuously improve systems, templates, and automation for reporting efficiency

What You Bring

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in sales analytics, forecasting, or similar data-driven roles

  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas); bonus for experience with Power BI or ERP reporting tools

  • Detail-oriented mindset, natural curiosity, and comfort translating data into clear recommendations

  • Collaborative style—you enjoy being the go-to problem solver on a cross-functional team
