Key Responsibilities:
-Operational Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and logistics.
- Leadership: Lead, train, and manage a team of warehouse staff to ensure high performance and accountability.
-Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement performance metrics, track progress, and generate detailed performance reports for management.
-Financial Oversight: Manage branch budgets, control costs, and optimize financial performance to meet company objectives.
-Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining high standards in order accuracy and timely delivery.
-Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
-Problem Solving: Address operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
- Proven experience in general management, including team leadership and operational decision-making.
- Ability to analyze and interpret performance data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the automotive parts industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
