Position Title:  Bilingual Customer Pickup Sales Associate (Paint)

Job Description

As a Customer Pickup Sales Associate (Paint), you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while attending the customer pickup desk.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet customers entering the facility for the purpose of transacting and purchasing of all types of product.
• Ability to independently operate automotive paint matching equipment
• Ability to conduct automotive paint mixing with in house equipment/software
• Ability to transact with the customer via cash credit card, and/ or check.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Work with in-house Accounts Receivable department to reconcile WALK-IN business.
• Complete proficiency of order entry database as well as any other aspects of the platform to conduct further operational activities.  Training provided.
• Learn and comply with all OSHA regulations, internal safety procedures, and all company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to provide accurate, thorough, and consistent information with respect to all tasks performed.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to clearly and concisely communicate effectively with others.
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Sales and mixing experience with automotive paint.
• Spanish/English a must!
• General understanding of automotive paint processes / products
• Familiarity with automotive paint mixing systems
• Experience using paint color matching equipment
• Must be proficient with Word and Excel
• Must have customer service experience, retail experience preferred

Shift & Hours:

Monday thru Friday 

Compensation: $ 18- $22 / hour, based on experience
