Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative:

Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls

Interact with a high volume of customers daily to process orders, answer questions, and help with overall needs

Maintain knowledge of our services and products

Qualifications of the Inside Sales Representative:

2+ years of recent customer service or sales experience

Flexible schedule required - ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Call Center experience preferred

Experience working with Microsoft Office

Bilingual Highly Desired

High School Diploma or equivalent
