Duties
- Conduct outbound calling to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.
- Engage with prospects through various channels, including email and social media, to establish relationships and identify their needs.
- Utilize data base to manage leads, and maintain accurate records of customer information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus for engaging with diverse clientele.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products and services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in technology sales or inside sales environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to achieve results.
- Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are highly desirable but not mandatory.
